We have used Leslie Howard for six transactions since 2009, for both the buying and selling of our properties in Goodyear Arizona As well Leslie found us very reliable tenants for our rental homes. She responds quickly to every question, text, email and phone call no matter the time of day or night. Leslie makes every question important and never makes you feel like you are becoming a pest and easily puts your mind at ease. I don't know how she does it. On a personal note, Leslie is a genuine, hard working, kind person and is simply the best realtor we have ever worked with. We highly recommend her.

Leslie is FANTASTIC!!!! 5 years ago she helped me purchase my first home. She helped me every step of the way, she wasn't only knowledgeable and extremely on top of things but I felt like I could trust she had my best interest at heart. Then this last April she helped me and my husband sell our home with the same care and consideration. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

We have purchased more homes than I care to count and with this last purchase, we are DONE! Leslie came to us by way of our great friends who had nothing but praise for her. We quickly learned they were right. Leslie is VERY thorough and knowledgeable. My favorite attribute about Leslie is she listens, she paid very close attention to everything we were wanting in our "forever" home and she gets it. Patience is another favorite of ours about Leslie. We ran her all over the place, at all times of the day and she never missed a beat. I remember the day we walked into our dream home and I just looked at Leslie with a tear in my eye and said "this is it! You found it!!" And with that, we struck a deal and now we love our home, our neighbors and our community. Many thanks ten fold to "our" Leslie! Leslie is great to work with! I really appreciated how she pointed things out that we would have never thought about. I valued her opinion and looked to her for guidance in the process.
