Lety is by far THE best realtor we’ve ever had the chance to work with in all of our years of buying and selling homes (bought homes in Arizona, Oklahoma, California, etc). We’ve done home purchases from afar (personal and investment) and as a military family, we needed someone to fight for us and get us the best home in the craziest market ever. She fought tooth and nail in multiple negotiation offers but made sure our contract offers wouldn’t screw us over as buyers. She was instrumental in helping our family get our forever home, even living states away during this crazy pandemic. I cannot begin to express how impressed we were with her professionalism, knowledge, experience, kindness, and attention to detail. There are many realtors you can ask for help, but she really is more than a realtor. She is a friend in this entire process and cares about you finding your home as if it were her looking for her forever home. Lety is honest, has integrity, personable, very reasonable, open, kind, VERY patient, and very easy to work with (so much that she was working past midnight with the sellers agent to make sure our offer stood out). She goes above and beyond the normal responsibilities of many typical realtors. As a military family, we’ve worked with at least 10 realtors throughout the years, and by far, Lety is our favorite. She is prompt in all her communications and makes sure to explain everything that is typical and what makes the area unique for buying and selling. If we could have her be our realtor again, even in other states, we would! In all seriousness, you cannot go wrong with Lety and Colleen to be your real estate team, whether it is for buying your next home, or moving on and selling your home. They know their $hit and there is a reason why they continue to be the top real estate agents in the Hampton Roads area.

I worked with Lety four years ago when I was a first time home buyer so it was a no-brainer who to call when I needed a realtor to sell my house! Lety and her partner worked quickly and efficiently to sell my home within 3 days at the target price I was hoping for! She is not only knowledgeable but also patient and calm throughout the negotiation process. She went above and beyond to make sure my house looked its best and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fun and positive buying and/or selling experience!

Lety is fabulous! She found the right house in a great location and helped negotiate a good deal with the seller. She was very responsive to request and quickly answered all my questions. Her professionalism made my home buying experience simple and easy. She was knowledgeable of the area and trends in the market which helped with the decision process.

I met Lety when I went to see one of her listings and I was just beginning the house hunting process. I literally knew nothing about buying a house, and didn't know how important it was as a buyer to have an agent representing you. I called her up a few days later and asked if she would be willing to take me on as a client, and she didn't hesitate. She jumped right in, arranging showings for properties in my price range and meeting all the criteria I set out for her. She also gave me great advice on the home buying process including lenders to compare, and how and when to make offers and counter-offers. I was able to find the perfect place for me, well below my initial budget, and closed with no issues within 45 days. In short, buying a home was a breeze with Lety's help. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Hampton Roads area.

Lety Parr was outstanding throughout the process. She is very patient and she was never got tired of answering questions throughout the process I had a really god experience with Lety. She was extremely responsive and if not available in that instant, she always called back the same day. she answered my millions of questions and never seemed frustrated by them. She provided regular updates and really made the process easy for me. The best part was while the buyer was not very cooperative at times, Lety did her best to shield me from being stressed about it and constantly re-assured me. Overall, I would say through out the whole process, she never made me feel like she was out to close a deal rather she made me feel like she was there to help me achieve my goals and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the sell. I would definitely recommend Lety Parr
