Linda did great for me. There wasn't much negotiations because I had previously met the owners but the previous owners spoke Spanish and I only spoke English so having a realtor that can navigate that was a great help getting the paperwork in on a timely manner and being very responsive in her text was greatly appreciated very happy with my home.

Linda made the home buying experience completely managable. She treated us like family, and really looked out for our needs and wants. She gave great advice whenever we had questions. Communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we understood every detail. We will absolutely recommend her to any of our friends or family. She is absolutely amazing and know her stuff.

Actually, I was active in real estate for many years and operated 3 Century 21 offices, a real estate school and an escrow company along with my husband but then went into the legal side as a legal document assistant. My husband recently passed away and I didn't just want to hire any real estate agent that would put the listing in the multiple and someone else would come along and sell it. I wanted a different kind of agent. I interviewed a few agents but they weren't what I was looking for. I contacted Linda Belikoff and I immediately took a liking to her. She had NO ATTITUDE, was up front in what she felt she could sell it for and I felt I could trust her to get the job done and get it done quickly. Well, she proved herself right away. The sign was put up immediately and the first weekend she herself brought me an offer that was higher then what the property was listed for. Her escrow company was excellent and I enjoyed working with Grant he was very efficient and took care of everything. If you want someone that goes beyond the call of duty.....I would highly recommend you call Linda Belikoff you will not be sorry and she will get the job done right.

Linda was always available to answer our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the process and made us feel comfortable with the sale.the house sold in 5 days after being put onthe market.

Linda Belikoff Is a realtor who has it all, patience, poise, prompt responses, all the answers, and years of experience. We spoke with Linda and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned with the whole COVID-19 it would be hard to sell and in a neighborhood with a similar homes would be tough to sell and for the price we needed to buy a house up North where our family is. Linda made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, taking professional looking pictures and virtual walk through video, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Linda’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at 21,000 over the asking price. We accepted and Linda was incredibly friendly and helpful walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience even with extensions of the closing date because we were informed the whole way through. I've recommended Linda Belikoff Real Estate to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
