I would highly recommend Linda Carter of Keller Williams Realty. She sold multiple properties for me in the Ozarks. In each transaction she was professional and great to work with. Linda went far and above what I have experienced with other real estate agents. In today's world of texts and emails it was nice to deal with someone who actually answers the phone! Last summer, we drove by a property that Linda had listed and contacted her about our interest. She subsequently showed us the property. We informed Linda of our interest in purchasing the property if the adjacent unlisted property could also be acquired. Over the next several months, Linda was able to make this happen through special effort on her part. Linda has the character, knowledge and dedication to get the results desired and make the process enjoyable.
