Linda was very professional and knowledgable. She made the whole selling process easy. She informed us promptly of any offers or issues with the contract. She quickly responded to any questions that we had, and negotiated on our behalf to get the best price for our home. She was friendly and fun to work with.

Linda is the best agent I have ever worked with. She takes great pride in making sure the presentation in person and on line is professional. Her caring and professional attitude is wonderful for the sellers and the buyers. We worked with other agents and did not find them to work as hard as Linda Caster. You will not find better.

This is one very dedicated lady. She is on the ball all the time. When she said "I'm going to send you ______", that didn't mean a few hours, tomorrow, next week. She sent it right away. She is quick with communication, too, day and night. I'm a late night worrier. I'd send her an email at 11:00 at night with questions, not expecting a reply till the next morning at the earliest. Naturally, she has to sleep, but I really don't know when she does it, because I'd get a response, even in the middle of the night. She also cares about her clients and the various crazy that they go through during the home buying process. We had an unusual scenario in the fact we had to get out of our apartment, regardless of if we had another place to stay, because you can't stay in military housing even for a short time after retirement. You have to get out when they say so, so sorry, bye bye. We had been given bad information on when, exactly, we had to get out, and we had to scramble to find temporary lodging since we hadn't closed on our home yet. She helped us look, and called to check on us the day we were supposed to be out to make sure we had lined up something. I don't think we could've navigated buying a home without her. If you're shopping in her area, give her a call.
