We were very pleased and amazed at the amount of effort Linda went to into getting our home in Tampa. Years later we used her again to sell another home and again ....she went above & beyond the call of duty to sell our home. Dealt with painters and trades to assure the home was presentable and it sold in 2 wks for full asking. We highly recommend Linda to everyone in need of a great quality honest Realtor. This was my first time selling a house and I was going to have to be in a different city for most of the time. Linda helped relieve some of the stress by walking me through the process and telling me what needed to be done and when. I was hesitant to paint the whole interior but she explained the benefit in both time to sell and price so I did it and it worked. I would recommend Linda to anyone.

Being an out of state seller, I rely heavily on the expertise of local realtors. My wife and I met Linda in 2005. We had just purchase a townhouse in Wesley Chapel, Fl and she helped us find a property manager so we could rent it. Aside from Linda's easy demeanor, we immediately recognized that she was a very resourceful, competent, and trustworthy realtor. We remained in touch and Linda kept us well informed about the local real estate market. In August 2018, we decided to sell our townhouse and contacted Linda to represent us. As expected, Linda provided accurate information about current home sales, recommended an appropriate list price and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to expedite the sale. That said, our home went under contract in two days after multiple offers! Linda is knowledgeable, professional and minimizes the stress of real estate transactions.
