I highly recommend Linda to sell your home. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and has wonderful negotiation skills which helped us sell our house quickly and efficiently. She handled everything which was a big help since we were remote. She got us multiple offers well above asking price. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

We had the pleasure of having Linda as our buyer agent in a short sale. The closing took a very long time but Linda was a consummate professional throughout the process. She was firm but very friendly, extremely patient and responsive to our inquiries, and helpful in every way. We are incredibly thankful for having her to guide us through the process, and strongly recommend her to anyone who's looking for competence and integrity in their real estate transactions.

Linda represented my recent co-op sale and the deal became complicated with a difficult, demanding buyer and an incompetent co-op attorney. Throughout the prolonged process, Linda was completely responsive and professional and went well above and beyond what I think any other broker would have done. She went out of her way to keep all parties happy I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I moved to Fort Lee in 2004 and lived there for 11 years before moving out of state, and I have sold 2 properties with Linda's help. The first was a 1-bedroom co-op in Pembroke that I sold in 2010, and Linda managed to close the deal for me within 3 months. I contacted Linda again in 2013 when I decided to rent out my duplex townhouse. Over the past 7 years, Linda found me 2 tenant families and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The first family rented for 2 years and the 2nd rented for 5 years. After the last tenants decided to move out, Linda suggested that I put my house for sale and I did. Over the past 6 months, Linda worked relentlessly to help me find dozens of potential buyers, under the extremely difficult conditions of COVID-19 restrictions. Because I lived abroad during this timeframe, Linda provided a lot of help to locate various contract workers to do maintenance jobs and met buyers' different requests in terms of housekeeping. My house was successfully closed in mid-December at a reasonable price. Linda should be a role model of all realtors in this region. Her professionalism, energy and dedication sets a high bar and I am sure that future clients will never regret having her. I would recommend Linda to every one of you without any reservations. Linda simply is the best realtor. She walked us through every step of selling our townhouse. She is being patient with us since it was not easy to show during Pandemic. The whole process was unexpectedly smooth because of her professionalism. We are happy with her and I highly recommend her.
