I truly cannot recommend Lindsay Ousley highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Kokomo area. I am new to Kokomo and was a first-time homebuyer. I was worried that, since I didn’t have a huge budget, I wouldn’t be treated the same as someone looking for a bigger home. My worries melted as soon as I began working with Lindsay. She treated me like a million- dollar client from day one. What really struck me about Lindsay is that she isn’t pushy - she made me feel entirely comfortable. She points out things you might not see, making sure you consider everything, and I really appreciate this about her. It’s clear that Lindsay’s primary concern is getting the absolute BEST for her client, be that the best home for their needs or the best price for their home. I’d always heard the home-buying process is stressful, but Lindsay made it an absolute breeze. She really knows her stuff and is amazing at educating and reassuring throughout the process. Lindsay is professional, hard-working, flexible, committed, and a genuinely trustworthy person. I am so lucky to have worked with Lindsay for my first home buying experience, and I know that anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her would feel the same. Thank you, Lindsay!

Lindsay is the best in the business. From teaching, staging, listing, choosing offers, and closing, she leaves no stone unturned. I am truly grateful for her expertise and effort throughout our entire home selling process. If you are looking for a realtor in the Howard County area, look no further.

Katie did an excellent job working for us. She helped us with the sale of our home and a vacant lot as well. The lot was sold after the home, so she had to keep in contact with us, as we lived out of state. We would highly recommend her, as she is caring, competent and extremely professional.

Shanelle Cahill did an amazing job selling my houses. I had a unique set of circumstances and issues. Shanelle ensured the process was as smooth as possible although there were many problems to be solved. She went above and beyond and even took time herself to fix things out of her scope. She is also just a great person and a joy to work with. I wish all realtors were like this. Thank you Shanelle!

Katie is the best agent i have ever work with. She listens to your needs, wants and advises with awesome advise. Katie has awesome patients especially in this market. She sends daily updated to new postings and communicates status of previous viewed, current availabilities and informs you as soon as houses goes off the market. It took almost 10 month to buy our house. She made several trips took namouras pictures facetimed us and we pretty much made this purchase from 700 miles away. We love our new home and with out Katie it wouldn't have happened. Thank you very much Katie!! Awesome job!!!!!
