We would highly recommend Lindsay. She is a professional with all the right tools to sell a property quickly. We had a property that was on the market for a while that needed some extra attention. Lindsay did all she could to put our property in all the right places to be seen. We had a contract in 13 days and we are forever grateful to her for her expertise and knowledge of the market.

Far and away, she presented the most specific marketing plan and exhibited excellent knowledge about the local market. After hiring Lindsay, she even exceeded my expectations. She gave me excellent advice about what repairs and improvements to make--and which ones I did not need to do, helped me to find contractors, and stayed in communication with me on a regular basis. Very efficient with listing for rent or sale, finding suitable renters, reasearching market, finding more appropriate comps, negotiations, which were especially helpful since we were in another state during the whole process.
