Lindsey and I had been friends for about a year before I shared that my husband and I were looking for a new, larger home we could grow into. She listened carefully when I shared what we were looking for, and stayed in touch regularly, sending listings that fit our criteria. Throughout our home search process, we never felt that Lindsey was pushy, or rushing us in any way. She genuinely cared about helping us find a house we could turn into our family home. Still-- it didn't take long to find the perfect house for us. As soon as we went under contract on our new house, Lindsey helped us get our old house ready to sell quickly. She ensured that we listed at a fair price that would lead to a quick and smooth sale. It turned out that the market had heated up quite a bit since the last time we checked our home value, and we were able to list much higher than we expected! She showed me how to stage the house, and her photographer did a beautiful job of highlighting the selling points of our home. Lindsey made a spectacular listing, and hosted a widely attended open house that led to a contract above list price in only 5 DAYS. Throughout our due diligence period, Lindsey was thorough and communicative, and she was really patient with us as we navigated selling and buying a house in a short window for the first time. The night we moved in, she stopped by with goodies and to check on us as we were settling in. She was a friend first, and treated us like family.
