Lindsey is amazing to work with. They really listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect house much quicker than we were expecting. We had some issues with the selling agent and their relocation company. Lindsey took care of everything and never let us feel stressed about the process. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Lindsey did a fantastic job from start to finish! She was very responsive after my initial contact to consult on my home sale and new home purchase. Her initial estimated sale price for my home came in exactly on target, even though I had, of course, asked a bit more. Lindsey was very professional when dealing with potential buyers and their agents. I would certainly recommend Lindsey and will contact her again when it's time for my next move.

My wife and I worked with Kelly Bane. Kelly and my wife spent many days (weeks) looking at potential homes. When our rental lease ran out and we hadn't found a home to buy Kelly found us another rental and even worked out the lease agreement. I don't know what we would have done without Kelly's personal interest in our situation.

My husband and I are new to Colorado and first time home buyers and Lindsey made the process so easy. She is truly interested in finding a house that her clients will love and not just selling a house to make a commission. She was very attentive to what we were looking for in a house and was helpful in drawing our attention to features of the house that we may have initially missed, but would have made us unhappy in our new house. She also included things in our offer which would never have occurred to us. For example, she asked for a home warranty for our house because it was an older property. There are not words to recommend her highly enough!

We are first time homeowners and moved across the country to Colorado and couldn't have asked for a smoother home purchase process! Lindsey is an excellent realtor and really helped to guide us along as this was our first time purchasing a home. We had to do a lot of our house hunting from out of state and she was very helpful in getting us the information that we needed and as a result we had a very smooth home buying experience.
