I worked with Lisa in 2019 when I was selling a home in Massapequa, NY as I was relocating to FL. Lisa went above and beyond in selling my home. I came back to NY in 2022 and Lisa was the only real estate agent I reached out to so I could find a home in Long Island to be closer to my family. From the moment I met her, there was just something about her. I could tell that she was smart, hardworking and knew her stuff. She is a problem solver who brought perspectives on how to market, price and sell our home that I hadn't considered. We even leveraged her network to cost effectively make some targeted improvements to maximize value. The result was multiple offers, well over ask, on the first day the house was on the market with Lisa helping us understand the merits of each offer, ultimately leading us to the buyer who closed the deal.
