Lisa and her team streamlined the sale of my parents' home. They made things easy, even translating for my parents as well. They were extremely efficient and completed tasks almost immediately. Our experience with Lisa and her team was amazing. This is the second time we've used her services and both times w've been completely satisfied. Karen and the rest of the team deserve kudos because she tracked progress and kept us informed every step along the way. Lisa's knowledge of the market and expert advice was greatly appreciated and led to the best possible outcome. We sold for asking price plus $15,000. After signing the listing agreement we had three firm offers, all above asking, within two and a half weeks. The close was quick and painless.
