Kimberly is an energetic real estate professional who shares her time & expertise generously. Her knowledge of the local industry trends is spot on which was critical to marketing my multi family investment property during a changing marketplace. Her initial suggestions were helpful in preparing the property for market. After each open house she gave me feedback and offered suggestions on how best to move forward. Unfortunately, the property did not sell but Kimberly offered a punch list of items which reflected shoppers concerns. As a result, I am investing in some of those improvements in preparation for the Spring market which Kimberly shall be listing.
