we were moving cross country for work and worked with lisa and her team to find a house. this was for our 5th property and she is by far the best agent we’ve ever worked with. she truly cares and advocates for what’s best for her buyers and went above and beyond for scoping out houses when we weren’t in town. she knew every neighborhood and pros and cons specific to our family and will without a doubt be working with her for any future re transactions!

Really disappointed on the lack of communication regarding Mason Lane. I reached out to see the property over a week ago, I was in San Mateo looking at other apts but was told a tenant was in the house and they would call me at a later time for a showing. I was very interested and called back one other time before today. I then called back 5/14 to be told "so many people wanted the house" they chose 4 and now the house is gone. I reached out the day this apt was released and find it very disheartening that the lack of response and communication from this agent caused me to lose the ability to get a new home.

Lisa Eccleston saved my sanity during the sale of my Pacifica home. After several painful and frustrating weeks with indecisive buyers who yo-yo'd yes/no/yes/no/yes/no endlessly, missing contract and contingency signing deadlines, Lisa fully supported me in cancelling the contract and pursuing another buyer. I had already purchased a condo in Oregon, was traveling back and forth between Pacifica and Portland and I was an exhausted emotional wreck. Lisa reassured me repeatedly and continued to work with a second buyer while I was living in both cities but mostly out of state. The second buyer completed the purchase during the Bay Area "shelter in place" and one day before the entire state of California was mandated to stay home. All the while, Lisa was above and beyond patient, generous with her time, energy and humor, ruthlessly honest, completely dedicated to supporting me in every way and super fast with all contracts and paperwork. She also arranged the sewer lateral repair while I was out of town. Lisa is the very best and I will be eternally grateful to her for all her support during the *most stressful* time in my entire life. Amy C.

Lisa was great to work with throughout the entire process. We were not local and she became our feet on the ground. She managed it as a rental and then was there for us as it came time to sell. She helped us make the decisions on what to do to the place to get the best out of our investment. She was our presence in Pacifica in arranging some of those details. Her estimates were spot on and she made the process easy. At listing she staged the empty house amazingly well and it sold quickly. We couldn't be happier.

When I think of Lisa Eccleston, the words that come to mind are: "a lifesaver", "a blessing", "a knowledgeable & experienced real estate agent", "a compassionate individual", "a trustworthy and just an overall wonderful person". She came into my life as an agent when she was just who I needed and I will always believe that no one else could have filled the bill better for me than she did. Not only was she a blessing in helping me to sell my home in record time but each of her staff members and every referral she gave me to accomplish this task were also blessings. Lisa was a "one-stop" person when it came to getting my home ready to go on the market clear through to the close of escrow. I was happy with Lisa at every turn. I was never disappointed and always knew that she had my best interest at heart and always had my back. People always talk about "God sends" in their lives and I don't think I really understood what this meant until I met Lisa Eccleston. I would recommend Lisa a million times over to anyone needing expertise in the real estate arena and although I no longer live in the area, when my future needs call for someone like her, I would pay for just her advice on how to proceed. I will never forget Lisa and all of the wonderful people she brought into my life to help me when I most needed it. I am so grateful to her!!!
