When my husband and I were getting ready to put our home on the market, we wanted to work with someone who knew our neighborhood. This was our first experience with selling and had many questions. I had seen Lisa's name on signage in my neighborhood and from what I could tell she seemed to have a good track record of selling homes quickly, which I know has something to do with the market but I also believe the marketing of a home is extremely important. Lisa came to our first meeting with a lot of documentation on the sales history of the office she works for. The information provided contained information on current listings in my area and Lisa explained everything in layman's terms so I would understand. Lisa took the time to LISTEN to us and our concerns as well as to provide us with answers. Lisa follows up and returns calls and emails promptly. Our transaction is not final yet but we had an offer within 5 days of being on the market! Thank you Lisa for your help in getting us through our first real estate sale!!

Lisa helped us by: 1. Setting up showings on short notice, since the Gold Canyon market is fairly small and the best homes sell quickly. 2. Understanding the type of home we were looking for. 3. Advising us on the most favorable locations in which to search for a home. 4. Walking us through the home buying process in a professional, yet friendly manner. 5. Submitting our offer on the home of our choice, which was in high demand, and pushing for quick acceptance by the sellers. 6.
