Lisa is a determined hard worker. She’s very knowledgeable about a home’s worth and condition. She’s realistic and gives you her honest opinions. She doesn’t sugarcoat to make a sale. Lisa is genuinely concerned for the seller and buyer and goes above and beyond her call of duty to simplify a transaction for her client. She’s got a lot of energy and motivation.

Lisa was fantastic! The true test of a great realtor is how they perform when the going gets tough, and spring of 2018 the market was absolutely brutal for home buyers. Lisa is the only reason we now own our dream home in Holly, MI today. Things Lisa brought to the table that I didn't know we needed until we did. - Knowledge of the financials of a property including market rate price / sq ft for the area. Super key for structuring offers - Relationships with other realtors. Making negotiations super smooth. - An unwavering persistence to get us through the process. She kept going even when we wanted to give up. The tougher the market the more you need somebody in your corner. Cannot put a price on this one.
