I cannot explain how great this team is. Lisa and Chris are phenomenal people but also are phenomenal agents. Their experience and wisdom is unmatched in my opinion. This is a full spectrum team that can adapt to anything that comes their way. My wife and I are so thankful and blessed to have worked with them to sell our old home and buy our new home. We wouldn't choose anyone else. You can't beat the wise counsel they provide! Highly recommend to anyone who is conscious about where they are spending their money!

Lisa and Chris Joseph work seamlessly as a team. Their combined knowledge and expertise will leave you feeling so confident and taken care of! Lisa was my mom‘s realtor first, which is how i learned of her. To say Lisa is a patient person is an understatement. Lisa, Chris and I worked together for over a year, maybe longer, before we found the right home for my wife and I. Chris helped us through what, on many levels, was a difficult sale of a family member’s house. Even before we had it listed, came by the house and gave us guidance that allowed us to prioritize what repairs were more important. As we got closer to listing, he even sent someone out to help us finish up the last few tasks, just to pull us over the finish line. Then, when it came to listing, he sat with us, explained his though process on pricing, as well as what we could expect to happen. When things started to go wrong, he was a steady guiding hand that kept us moving forward and ultimately was able to sell the house for far more than we expected at the start of the process. I cannot stress how overwhelming this whole process would have been without him.
