First time homebuyers please read! I just moved into my first home with my husband. Lisa was absolutely the Rockstar of this process. We were not sure what to expect with the buying process but we had heard stories from many friends and family with how stressful the process can be. Lisa made sure that we were always informed and up to date with details. She showed us a handful of homes before we fell in love with the one that we ultimately ended up purchasing. She helped my father with a couple purchases prior so we knew that she was great for him, we could hope to expect the same experience. When dealing with sellers and their agents, things can get...challenging... but Lisa and her team always stayed on top of anything that came our way and helped bring the home, HOME! Thank you so much! Experience and flexibility are invaluable during the process of buying/selling a home. Lisa had top level service at every part of the journey. I had the best experience selling with Lisa and her team. I was referred to Lisa by a local real estate agent in California, as I was out of state at the time of needing to make the sale. Lisa did an amazing job of supporting me through selling my first home. I was nervous about doing a long distance transaction; however, I was relieved being in Lisa's care. She was patient and answered my endless array of questions I had. Lisa helped things go as smooth as possible and I definitely recommend her to anyone trying to sell their home.

Don't recall exactly why we chose Lisa and her Real Estate Superhero Alliance although it turned out to be the best decision. Lisa helped us with buying our new home and selling our existing home. We lived in the Portland Metro area and wanted a local realtor to help us find a new build house. We met Lisa for the first time at a builder's model home. She immediately impressed us with her knowledge, demeanor, and infinite patience. Over the next several months Lisa would meet us at different builder's model homes and provide us with her input. It was during these meetings that her persistence, integrity, and honesty really shined. Meanwhile, Lisa provided us with helpful tips and great advice for listing and selling our current home; which subsequently sold in less than 1 month. We found the home we wanted to buy and Lisa helped us with negotiations and navigate the purchase agreement.
