We have bought and sold 2 homes now with Lisa. She helped us navigate buying our first home in NC which had multiple offers already when we saw it. When life took a turn and we started looking into buying a farm house, we didn't think twice about who we would call. Lisa once again helped us sell, then buy, the farm house we dreamed of. This is a real estate agent who told me that it is not possible to find and buy a house for $525,000. Unbelievable. I was not asking for the moon, simply a single story home 2bdrm, open to the entire southwest, south and southeast Raleigh area. Wow.

Lisa was wonderful to work with - extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She was was extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, from providing guidance on staging our home for the preparation of our sale (and eventually getting it sold within days once listed), to finding and purchasing our new home. We love our new home, but if I'm ever in the market again to buy/sell, Lisa will definitely be my first call.

Working with Lisa was amazing! As first time home buyers she made the experience for us as smooth and easy as possible which helped making the whole process less stressful. She is an absolute pro, very knowledgeable of the Cary/Apex area and knows how to win an offer. Everything she told us about the market turned out to be true. Her communication throughout the process was great. She is very patient but also knows when it’s time to act. Lisa and her team did a tremendous job guiding us through the whole home buying process, answering all of our questions and setting realistic timelines and expectations.
