We had an excellent experience working with Lisa as our buying agent. She was highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable at all stages of the process from initial search to refining our home criteria to placing an offer to negotiating pricing and on to closing. Lisa is a prolific agent in the Scottsdale area, and so her market knowledge both in terms of neighborhoods and market conditions is outstanding. She always took the time to take our call or respond to texts at a moment's notice, even when on vacation or otherwise indisposed. I always had the impression she was on the ball for us, which is exactly how you want to feel about your advisor when making a large investment like a new home. Lisa always took the perspective as if she were the buyer herself, particularly when it came to our offer price and requests for repairs. I have an M&A background and have bought and sold a number of businesses, and from my perspective Lisa is quite a shrewd negotiator. There were times where I was inclined to offer more or give on a seller request, and she convinced us to hold firm and even got us further concessions I was not expecting. Lisa is a fantastic agent and we will absolutely work with her in the future and refer her to our friends!
