Lisa is a highly professional agent. I have worked with her on two separate occasions. The most recent instance was when I sold my home to downsize. She was prompt in listing the sale and when the final offer was accepted she was able to help me in arranging professionals to assist with the minor repairs required. She is truly a wonderful agent to work with and makes purchasing or selling a home a smooth transition.

Having purchased a home through Sears Reality Group in the past, and being thoroughly impressed with their honest, pleasant, professionalism, they were instinctively my first call when I unexpectedly found myself tasked with the liquidation of my brother's estate and the selling of his home. After my first meeting with the team I was instilled with confidence and armed with valuable information to prepare the house for sale with the expectation of receiving top-dollar. Their communication throughout the process gave the impression they were actively pursuing offers and working on behalf of the estate to find the perfect buyer for the home. With some outside-the-box thinking we were able to negotiate a sale to the perfect buyer for the perfect price. I will never be able adequately thank Lisa and Rod for their compassion and commitment throughout this process - it would have been extremely difficult without them. Highly Recommend!!

Lindsay Sears Garrett was excellent from start to finish. First off, she has a warm and engaging personality that immediately puts you at ease. She guided us through every step of the process and dealt with our "stressed-out moments" with professionalism and grace. She was our advocate and we always felt she had our backs. Selling/buying a home is a huge undertaking and having an on the ball realtor who knows his or her stuff is essential...our home was sold in two weeks. Lastly, we don't know what we would've done without Lindsay's "magic Rolodex" of vendors. She referred us to excellent and affordable contractors for everything from painting to window cleaning. We will continue to use these vendors in our new home. We highly recommend Sears Realty Group and Lindsay for your real estate needs!

Working with Lisa and Rob was a great experience! I did not have much experience buying a house, and not only did I get treated like their most important client, but they also earned my respect in the process. Lisa and Rob and all of their team are great people and I will tell everyone I know about the great experience I had.
