Not only the most patient and diligent person I’ve come to meet but Lisa is by far THE BEST realtor I have experienced. I fired three, yes you read that right, THREE realtors before I found her. I had champagne taste on a beer budget and not only did Lisa help me close on the perfect house for my family, she stuck with me through all of my craziness and the uncertainty that came with being a first time buyer. I love that no matter your budget, she makes you her top priority!

Working with Lisa was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. Upon our initial meeting, I immediately felt comfortable and she really eased my mind about the home buying process. Lisa quickly connected me with an amazing lender who helped me figure out my financial position in buying a home. During the home search, Lisa made the process fun and helped remind me of the things I initially wanted in a home and made sure I did not settle for less. I found my perfect home and felt extra confident leading up to my closing date. Over the time we spent working with each other, Lisa felt more like a friend than a realtor. She took time to really get to know me and my family. Lisa was so good that I quickly referred her to my sister who was ready to purchase her first home as well. Even after closing on my home, I still keep in contact with Lisa and she always shows her clients appreciation throughout the year. I am thankful that I was referred to Lisa! She made my dream of being a single parent home owner attainable and now a reality! Thank you Lisa and the Home Approval Team for all you do!!

To say that I highly recommend Lisa and The Home Approval Team would be an understatement. From initial consultation, to closing and follow up afterwards, Lisa is your one stop shop. She's so very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and has the patience and strength to guide you through the home buying or selling process. My family and I had absolutely no knowledge when it came time to sell our property, but with Lisa, we never had a concern or question because she literally made the process easier than we could have ever imagined. Charismatic, resilient, driven and kind are just a few of the words that describe her spirit and the passion she has for making your homeownership dreams come true. She is and will always be the only Realtor I refer.

Lisa helped us out when we moved to the Dallas area and went above and beyond what we expected. New home buyer and not alot of knowledge. I would highly recommend her.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with I gave her what I was looking for and which areas I was interested in. Every day she would have new listings in my que for me to look at. She would follow up with me day and night to see when I was available to look at houses or to see if I had any questions about any of the houses as well. Once I found the home that I liked she kept in constant contact with the sellers realtor to make sure things on their end were on schedule. We had some issues with the sellers contractor and Lisa jumped in and made sure that they met deadlines she even went by the house and noticed that while they were painting the kitchen it didn't match so she personally bought some paint asked me what color i liked and had them repaint the entire kitchen so it would match from top to bottom. So if you want a realtor that is going to make sure you are taken care of Lisa is that realtor.
