As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect from an agent. I was fortunate to meet Brandee at a showing of a condo I now call home. She was spectacular in every way: highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. She anticipated answers to questions I didn't even know I had. She was always available and every interaction with Brandee was enjoyable even though the process of buying a home is stressful. If you need a real estate agent, I highly recommend Brandee. She was amazing!

Absolutely perfect experience with Liz Donnelly and Mandy Martinez. Liz is, and will always be, my go to for a real estate purchase or sale. I have worked with her several times and find her to be extremely knowledgeable and savvy about the market in Ventura County. Alheli was an amazing buyer's agent for our first time home purchase in Riverpark, Oxnard. She went above and beyond in making sure we understood each step of the process. For example, she took a night call before our offer to explain each point of the Purchase Agreement and what would happen during escrow. When looking for inspectors and insurance, she also had great recommendations for local businesses without pressuring us to use them. From start to closing, Alheli was always friendly and made herself available to call or meet. We highly recommend Alheli as a rockstar agent!
