Absolutely perfect experience with Liz Donnelly and Mandy Martinez. Liz is, and will always be, my go to for a real estate purchase or sale. I have worked with her several times and find her to be extremely knowledgeable and savvy about the market in Ventura County. Even more of a benefit, she is kind, fun to work with and very supportive. Liz and Mandy communicated with my frequently and made the sale of my home easy. I highly recommend the Liz Donnelly Group.

Alheli was an amazing buyer's agent for our first time home purchase in Riverpark, Oxnard. She went above and beyond in making sure we understood each step of the process. For example, she took a night call before our offer to explain each point of the Purchase Agreement and what would happen during escrow. When looking for inspectors and insurance, she also had great recommendations for local businesses without pressuring us to use them. From start to closing, Alheli was always friendly and made herself available to call or meet. We highly recommend Alheli as a rockstar agent!

We're so fortunate to have had Brandee representing us. This was our first house and we could not have asked for a better agent. She really took the time to get an idea of what we were looking for and made sure we toured a lot of properties (including unlisted ones!). She had extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and helped us understand the pros/cons of each house we visited. When it came time to close, she got things done. She was very thorough throughout the process, ensuring our questions were answered and guiding us along the way. Would definitely recommend Brandee for all Ventura and Mammoth area real estate needs.

The Liz Donnelly team is nothing short of amazing. We have used them twice to sell houses, and both experiences have been fantastic. Liz and Alheli work great together and were always there to answer any questions we had. They know the area well, and are so knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use them for any real estate transactions we will have in the future.

I have used Cynthia twice to purchase houses. She was so outstanding the first time, I made a point of contacting her when I wanted to buy a second home. She is very responsive, which is important to me. She responds quickly to emails and actually answers the phone! She would send me listings and I would make a list of those that I wanted to see. She would immediately set up a schedule for me to see them. She also has a good knowledge of Ventura county and was able to answer all of my questions — if not right away, she would find the answer and get back to me ASAP. She is also very patient. She’s not pushy but wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. On a personal note, she is very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend her and will use her again if I need a third house!
