Liz was extremely helpful throughout my home buying process from beginning to end. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of her field; not just about negotiating and mortgages, but also about the workings of a house (e.g., a/c units, etc.). Liz provided me with referrals and contact information for all the services that need to be done when buying a new home. I highly recommend Liz for your real estate needs without hesitation!

Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable from the get go. After my first phone call with her, I knew she was the right agent to go with. She is very detailed, thorough, and good in communication. She answered all our questions and much more, and went out of her way to explain things clearly. Liz Kooymans has a lot of local knowledge. We are so grateful to have Liz as our buyer's agent. Liz was our eyes in North Port, Florida. We purchased a new construction house without even come down from Massachusetts prior closing. We are so excited with our new home! She and her team took care of all negotiation. She is the best! Liz is extremely energetic and very detail oriented, qualities that are needed to be very good at her job. She and the staff were timely with every aspect of the deal. She was a pleasure to work with and very helpful through the entire process. Being from out of state, she helped guide us through everything effortlessly and with no problems. She went above and beyond our expectations helping us with the process.
