We had moved here from NH and were not sure exactly where we wanted to land. Lonnie was knowledgeable in the area, that's for sure. Lonnie communicated the best places to live, work, and play. He was always available should I have any questions or found a house we wanted to see. Being in a competitive market was not easy either, but we found our dream house and Lonnie made it happen. Lonnie is an amazing realtor. We went to the Daytona area on a working vacation to scout for a building lot for our forever home. We found it on the third property we looked at and Lonnie got us an outstanding deal on it. He is an excellent negotiator and got us a price well below what we were prepared to pay. Lonnie has help me sell my house and helped me purchase a new home and the experience was absolutely seamless… He knew exactly what to say, when to say , and how to say it. He was able to get me the Best deal that was good for the seller and for me , the buyer! If I ever purchase another house in the Ormond Beach area, Lonnie Marandino would be my first pick to use for a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and excellent to work with! Purchase was completed long distance with telephone calls and emails. I was in NY and Lonnie took care of the details needed for the closing. Lonnie arranged to take extra photos of the home to send to me. He also arranged to have the required inspections completed to allow us to close on the house in just a month's time. Thank you Lonnie
