I have purchased a home, August 2018, with Lorraine as my realtor. She was quick to respond to my requests to view homes after my work hours and on weekends. When we found the perfect home, she provided an anaysis so I could make a solid offer. Lorraine assisted in finding a home inspector and title company. The process was quick due to her professional knowledge and accessibility. I highly recommend Lorraine when buying a house. She is the listing agent on the house I am selling, I will post the selling review separately.

I purchased a log cabin in Blue Hill within this past year. Lorraine was incredible dealing with me long distance and helping to make everything run so smoothly. She handled everything very professionally. I highly recommend her as she is honest, professional and very kind.

I would not recommend this person as an agent, certainly wouldn't use her myself. She was very slow to respond to my request and when she did, half of what I wanted was not included. I was surprised to learn that she had so many years experience. I understand that here in Maine things are more laid back, but real estate is business. Over time I have bought and sold several houses and never felt quite like this - I've never given such a negative review.
