Lorri was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Lorri responded to me in every situation where I needed her assistance. I enjoyed working with Lorri, we had fun and sealed a deal that I was very happy with. We found the right home for my needs. Also appreciate Lorri's patience in helping me through this very challenging process. YES I absolutely would recommend Lorri to family and or friends for their real estate needs.

Our experience has been nothing but the worst in the move. Now, to be fare, this is no reflection on our realtor. It can be due, in part, to our not being here to oversee whatever. If we were here we would probably not have bought this particular house. But due to Covid we didn't want to travel, etc... Our first interest was a RANCH, 2) a basement, 3) a 3-car garage but attached, and 4) a bit more land if possible. We feel now that we may have to live with this, since I feel that I may not have more than 10-15 years to live and will have to bare with it or go thru another move! Now, we experienced quite a bit of damage in the move which we will document with the mover. WRT the house: (1) I think we would have negotiated some $10,000 less in the buy if we were here. But the realtor, in that respect, did not encourage us to negotiate, but rather said that, 'that is the going price and the market is such that they are selling fast' and discouraged us to do serious negotiating. (2) For $485K we encountered a Wash machine that was acting up, our Microwave threw a breaker 3 times and now doesn't work (have to call them); looks like we will have to buy a new one; the carpet on the stairs is fairly worn for 2 years; our dining room light doesn't work; it gives off barely 2 watts, essentially no light for dining (the bulbs are good-all 8, 25 watt bulbs); we can't even eat dinner in the dinning room. It's strange that the inspector didn't pick up on some of these things. Again, don't but a house unseen in person. There's no substitute for seeing the house in person. The realtor should be aware of this and insist in the buyer's presence before buying. We received no info of just where our mail was to be picked up; and no info on the garbage situation... Bob

Lorri is a good agent whose communication skills are off the charts. She was a huge help in selling my home and took time to walk me through the process each step of the way. If you are looking for a good agent who cares about you and wants to help you get what you need definitely have a conversation with Lorri.

Lorri went above and beyond to help us find our house. She had a great demand of the buying process and made sure we got things done correctly and on time. You could not find a better agent.
