I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Lucia Fernandez. My family and I were ready to move from a condo rental and began our search for a single family home. We needed to be in a certain area close to my job and good schools. From day 1 Lucia listened to our needs and considered our budget. She was very responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Lucia negotiated a great deal on our home and handled issues quickly as they arose during the closing process. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn’t any question on who my Realtor will be!

Lucia helped us both buy and sell our home, from getting us more house than we thought we could with her knowledge of the market and neighborhoods, to checking everything off the list for both my husband and I, despite our often conflicting tastes. When it came time to sell that same house a couple of years later, she even handled the difficult circumstances of a fast out-of-state move for a new job with grace, despite the many, many things we forgot in the rush! She took it all in stride and went far above and beyond to help us sell the house from 2,000 miles away.

Lucia is a great negotiator. We previously had our home on the market for 9 months without selling. Lucia listed it after following a lot of her great advice and it sold in 4 days after it was listed. She is very professional and works with the buyer agent to negotiate a very fair price, a lot of realtors just ask what you want....that seems backward. Not Lucia, she is very good at what she does and always continues her education to become even better. I would work with her again and highly recommend her.

Lucia Fernandez is an excellent realtor. She recently helped my husband and me purchase our first home. Through her professionalism, knowledge, negotiating skills, and attention to our needs, she helped us narrow our search, and find exactly the right home for us at a great price. After showing us many houses, we finally saw the ideal one. Knowing it would sell quickly, she worked hard to submit our offer that same day, which was accepted and luckily beat several other offers that came in later. She always answered all of our questions promptly and provided thoughtful guidance right up through the Closing. We can’t thank her enough for her wonderful service, and we are so happy in our new home.

Great knowledge and great people kills that what we needed. She also responded very quick for what I need information as well. Great personality with good patient. She will sell my house when I ready to move to somewhere else.
