"World Class" - that's how I'd describe my experience with Denie. We were introduced via another realtor after expressing an interest in moving to Baltimore County. Three months later - after investigating a myriad of options - we were closing on our new home. Denie was with us every step of the way, whether it be neighborhood tours, property walk-throughs, strategy sessions, negotiations and all the details of that window from contract to close. And perhaps best of all, I feel like I could call her even now and at the drop of a hat she'd be there for whatever we need. Who does that anymore?? Denie was a fantastic realtor to work with. She listened extremely well, offered great suggestions, and adjusted her search as she learned our criteria. Denie was great. She didn't just show us houses but she taught us how to search, what to look for, how to discern appropriate prices and she was great at helping us to access not just a house, but a neighborhood, surrounding community and how the house would or wouldn't fit our desired lifestyle. Denie was always quick to respond and even when away, has a very capable associate.

I recently bought a house in Baltimore City, I was looking for something walking distance from parks, bars, public transportation, on a tree-lined street and in my price range. Enter Patrick, he was extremely willing to work with me within the price range and strict urbanism requirements. He was extremely patient as we looked at over 50 properties and then made sure everything was set and taken care of all the way to closing and even after closing. He understood the things I was looking for in a property. He knew a lot about MD law and had access to a good title company and inspector. Things that I learned where vital to purchasing a home. Closing can be a stressful time and he was very level headed and professional through the prosses. I would highly recommend Patrick.
