I could not have asked for a better realtor than Luckson. After an 8 month process on buying a home (sellers giving us permit issues) , Luckson and his team finally delivered the house and closing we were so desperately wanting ! Luckson was knowledgeable , persistent, and most of all patient. He had access to all of the contacts and companies that we needed to pull this through. Luckson also kept the entire process transparent so we were aware of everything going on. Overall extremely grateful for Luckson and his team for everything that they did. I look forward to recommending him and using his services in the future.

Luckson is an extremely knowledgeable agent. Was very attentive and detail oriented during the inventory process. He is a first response kind of agent and was easily accessible all times through out the day. He is a hard nosed negotiator and works overtime when needed for his client. I definitely will use him again in my future purchases!
