Lydia is not only a wonderful Realtor, but more importantly a wonderful human being. I had never met or spoken to Lydia prior to stumbling upon her after my grandmothers passing. The moment we spoke, she treated me as if we were family and that was prior to her even becoming aware of my need for a Realtor in the future. When I was finally ready to place the house on the market, I knew Lydia would be the one I'd call. I'm proud I did. She was communicative, fair, and truly wanted the best outcome for me in the end. I never felt like she was pushy or lacked the ability to put herself in my shoes. She was respectful and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my Nana's home sold to the right person. I'd use her over and over again, and will recommend her to all of my family and friends. Do yourself a favor - hire Lydia!

We personally watched Lydia over the years make other people's dream of either buying or selling their home a reality. We were always blown away by the time, passion and care she invested into every single client. When it came time to list our property there was no question on who we would choose to care for us. We had seen the energy she had poured into others and she definitely showed us the same dynamic service. Many times when total strangers were up looking around for a home we would immediately share Lydia's contact info. We have now experienced her grace and care firsthand and we know we chose the best. From start to finish Lydia was there making sure we had our questions answered and occasionally just telling us to breathe! We chose the best--someone who cared enough to always go the extra mile. If you want mediocrity, choose a realtor. If you want your dream realized choose the realtor who truly invests in you--Lydia Spink.

Lydia was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were selling my mother's home in the Jasper area after she required aging care (we did not live nearby). Lydia got answers to all our questions immediately, and offered great advice on pricing, listing questions, etc. The house went under contract in 2 days. We had a really quick due diligence/closing, and she always provided information quickly. We chose Lydia because she really concentrates her work in the immediate area, and has also lived in the area many years. I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell with the highest confidence. She's an All-Star!

Lydia represents the pinnacle of excellence in client/customer service. She was incredibly responsive from the “get go”, and always available when we had a question. After our initial phone call, she quickly set the wheels in motion to be sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. When Lydia came to our home to discuss the listing price, she had the data, comps and back up for pricing accuracy, and a plan to get it sold quickly. Lydia has been an exceptional Realtor to work with from the contract agreement through inspection and final closing details. As mentioned, she came with a plan, executed it with perfection and truly went “beyond the call of duty”. She is an asset to any buyer or seller considering a change. Many many thanks to you Lydia.

I had been searching for land in the north Georgia mountains and had worked with a couple of realtors who did not impress. Expressing my frustration, a friend got word that I was on a hunt for land and recommended Lydia - who had also helped them on their search. I am so grateful to have been introduced to one of the top realtors in the area. Lydia was amazing to work with, she stayed on top of everything and was always responsive. She got the answers to any and all questions and concerns I had with the property. There were some bumps during the transaction and I truly believe that had it not been for her, the deal would've ultimately fallen through. At the end of the day I got an amazing deal on a beautiful piece of mountain property, thanks to Lydia!
