Lynelle Flowers is an amazing realtor! We didn’t know this when, after deciding to move in the summer of 2020, we clicked her name on a website that was selling homes. At first, things proceeded much as expected. Lynelle listened to our preferences in size and location and immediately began forwarding daily internet listings of possibilities. Although COVID was in full bloom, she met us to view homes with masks and hand sanitizer. One day, she found a home that suited us perfectly, and we happily agreed to put a bid on it. Our bliss was short-lived, however, when Lynelle discovered that the Seller had already accepted a bid that very day! Sadly, we resigned ourselves to the loss, never expecting what happened next. Lynelle shifted into high gear, and, applying her years of experience and accumulated knowledge, she soon convinced the Seller to favor our bid over the previous one, enabling us to buy the home of our dreams. Incredible! We eagerly set a time for our closing, but COVID holdups began, and the date was postponed over and over again, each time threatening to cause the Seller to switch back to the first Buyer. We panicked at the thought, but Lynelle was calm and cool while she encouraged both sides of the pending transaction. After many postponements, we finally closed the sale and are now enjoying our new home. Thus, during an unprecedented surge in home sales and COVID delays, Lynelle Flowers was our wise guide and strong anchor in the storm. When you enlist her as your realtor, you, too, will benefit from her skill and surely will agree that Lynelle Flowers is an amazing realtor!

Lynelle made our cross country move and home purchase so easy. We were in contact via phone and email to get a sense of the Asheville real estate market and during a visit to Asheville, found our ideal property. Lynelle handled all the details like the professional she is. She kept us informed at every turn and also provided us with names of attorneys and insurance agents. Full service. The added plus is that Lynelle is just such a genuine and lovely person. You just know she has your back and your best interests at heart!

I think we were lucky to get Lynelle as our Realtor. We didn't end up being all that interested in the first home but Lynelle stuck with us as we explored the greater-Asheville area [from within Asheville city limits to Candler, to Fairview, to Weaverville, and to Hendersonville]. My wife and I are not from the area, so it was important we have a realtor who could guide and steer us from good areas to bad, as all cities have. She was honest about which neighborhoods were up-and-coming and which neighborhoods had seen better days. She was aware of the distances of each town from Asheville as well as the amenities that many of them offered. Some of the areas we viewed were 45 minutes apart and in completely different towns and Lynelle's knowledge extended to nearly every area and she had no problem meeting us no matter how far the distance. Lynelle also has a keen understanding of the negotiating, closing, and buying process. This was my first time buying a home and it's helpful to have someone that can be honest and straight-forward on what kind of offers are good, what kind of repairs are reasonable, as well as helping us understand the things we wanted/needed in a home in the first place. All in all, we're just really grateful to have had Lynelle as our realtor and we'd recommend her to our own friends and family – which should tell you all you need to know.

We just love Lynelle. We will definitely be working with her in the future and we highly recommend using her services because she is amazing. Lynelle really puts her clients needs first and she is extremely detail oriented in making sure that every step of the home buying process is completed to perfection. She is a person of integrity that you can trust to help you through each step to make sure that you get exactly what you need. She also did a great job negotiating for us.

Lynelle was amazing! We gave her a tough job of finding our forever home. She hit a home run! Lynelle kept us updated and documents were completed precisely and timely. She has plethora of local knowledge.
