Lynn is an experienced relocation trained realtor. Moving across country with kids is hard, but it was nice having Lynn on our side. She is very professional, friendly and also feisty. She will fight for her clients. She helped us buy our house in a competitive market and with sellers that had cold feet halfway though the contract. It was a difficult journey, but we were thankful for Lynn’s strength, patience, and ultimately our lovely new home. Highly recommend!

When my step-dad who was caring for my elderly invalid mom passed away suddenly, I needed help. Both my sister and I lived out of state, and mom could not care for herself. I sold, gave and threw away the items in her house, and packed her up and a week before we were to move her out of state and place the house for sale, I found out that Lynn who was my mom's neighbor was a real estate agent, and we signed the contract with her to sell the house. How the good Lord blessed us with this decision! Lynn was so knowledgeable, so kind, she was considerate and very very helpful! We were out of state, so it was on Lynn to have repairs done, manage listings, absolutely everything that needed to be done, she did saw to it and all was done timely and for a great price. She was always available when I called, and never seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. She explained things to me more than once and was very patient. The sale of mom's house was easy, painless and problem free because of Lynn! I thank God for bringing Lynn to us, we were blessed to have her as our agent!

Lynn was an OUTSTANDING agent! She went above and beyond to help our family find our perfect home. We were buyers from out of town and not only did she send us listings, meet us to show us homes when we came into town twice, but also did a FaceTime walk-thru. She is very knowledgeable about Knoxville and the surrounding area markets. Lynn is very professional, friendly, always answered our calls and returned our emails ASAP. We completely trusted her to have our best interest in representing us. She not only helped us buy our home but also helped us with recommendations for several companies that finished some work that needed to be done on the house and appliance installations. We have sold and bought many homes over the years and we have never had an agent like Lynn, she really is the BEST agent we have ever worked with.
