Our experience with Mrs.Lynn Defrechou couldn't of been better. She took through the whole process, listened to our concerns/needs, and landed us in our dream home for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend her.

Lynn was by far the most prepared, pleasant, detail oriented agent I have ever dealt with. She had a packet printed out for every house we visited and was very knowledgeable about every neighborhood we were in. She was always punctual, never in a bad mood, and treated my wife and I with respect and kindness every step of the way. Thank you Lynn, I really appreciate your help and guidance.

If not for Lynn I would not have acquired my home. She got things done quickly and had had all the professionals lined up to close the contract . I am extremely grateful to her for working so hard for me. Her assistant, Laurie, was a also there for me at every step. I would recommend her to everyone.

Lynn and her sister Laurie were excellent. They were great resources for us as we went through multiple houses before settling on the one we purchased. They responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. If they did not know the answer they were quick to find someone who did and get the information to us. They stayed on top of all the inspections and were with us at all of them. We are so grateful for their input and guidance as we tried to find our new permenant house in a new city and new state with very little knowledge on our part as to what areas were the best for us! We would definitely use them again, if we ever decide to purchase another home. They were both so wonderful to us!
