When we started to work with Lynn, we were very pleased right off the bat. We told her our price range and the style of home we were interested in. She knew the other questions to ask that we hadn't thought of (i.e. Were we interested in looking at homes in the surrounding area? Were we interested in homes if they had an H.O.A.? etc.) Then she sent us several homes that fit our criteria. She was easy to work/communicate with and returned our calls/emails in a timely manner. She drove us all over the area to look at the houses, answered our questions, and made phone calls on the spot to find us any answers she didn't know. Most of all, when we moved in, Lynn paid to have the carpets cleaned and gifted us with credit to a two local restaurants. We joked that she was spending all her profit on us. Later, we discovered that some terms of our sale were not met. Lynn worked quickly to fix the situation. Best of all, my wife and I didn't have to do anything. After negotiating and finding some different options, she called and asked us which course of action we would prefer and it happened.

Lynn was very helpful and accommodating while my husband and I were searching for a house. She was flexible with scheduling, and she made sure she answered all of our questions. When we found a house, she was diligent at making sure the contract was followed to the letter. I would definitely recommend her.

I called Lynn and she responded to me promptly, within 30 minutes of my voicemail. We are looking forward to the weather warming up and finding my second home here.
