I can honestly say that if MacKenzie Spear had not represented us, the purchase of our Oregon dream house would not have happened. We were Out of State buyers and “Mack” and his team handled all the leg work and paid full attention to all the fine details to make this challenging transaction happen. 5 Stars just aren’t enough to share how good these people are.

I've always been a renter, so had no experience with buying and owning a home. Working with Mack was a surprising delight. He really cared about my particular hopes and needs. In a tough market he worked hard for me to find a great place that fits me and that I could afford. He walked me through all the intricacies of what I had feared would be a daunting process, making the whole thing as easy as possible. Mack's a great guy, personable, honest, knowledgable, professional and patient. He wants the best for his clients and will keep working until he finds it. He's a great partner in the home-buying process.

We had a wonderful experience with Mackenzie. He was quick to respond and enthusiastic about helping us negotiate our way through our first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very respectful and driven regarding our wish-list for our dream home. His communication skills are wonderful and his patience is impressive! We had countless questions about homes and paperwork and he was happy to explain anything we didn’t understand or take the time to solve a problem or find an answer for us. Mack helped me with a seller carry transaction, where he represented both the buyer and me. Even though he was legally limited in what he could do in this unusual relationship, he was always there to provide insightful feedback and suggestions. He answered all of my questions well and suggested other resources, when needed. Great guy!
