Am happy to recommend Margaret Ireland if anyone is looking for a realtor in northern VA. I called Margaret when I found out that I needed to find a new place to live. She showed me several houses that were what I was looking for. I decided to purchase the Currant Loop home. As Margaret was representing the sellers, her associate, Kathy Rainey became my point of contact for my purchase. Her patience, professionalism, and knowledge of this process helped me keep my stress level lower than I expected, as I was a first time buyer.

Margaret, Madonna, and Kathy were wonderful to work with while selling the home I inherited from my parents! Margaret was my primary point of contact, and went above and beyond in the selling process. They helped with the entire process from remodeling the house for sale, to follow-up on repairs completed after the sale was closed. They made recommendations and got quotes from various contractors, were present as necessary as work was being performed or appliances were being delivered, and even chose the paint and carpet colors! I live an hour away, and it was such a relief to have Margaret and her team handling the repair and improvement process. I appreciated the strengths of the team working together - it seemed to allow more flexibility, and there was always someone available to handle an issue. Once the house was listed for sale, we had a contract over the listing price in less than 24 hours. The listing and pictures were professional and showed the house well (including drone shots of the property), and helped the house get a lot of attention. They handled some issues that arose during inspections very well and communicated closely with me, negotiated well, and continued to follow up once the sale was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Margaret, Madonna, and Kathy if I were buying or selling in the area again!
