Madonna helped us sell our house in Avon, OBX. Couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. Her local knowledge of the housing market in OBX is excellent.... which was important to us since we live in New England. She was able to be our eyes and ears there for us. Her responsiveness is unparalleled.....available 24/7. She would respond to my emails/texts/calls any time day or night....and on weekends! It's was clear how dedicated she was to helping us sell our property. Aside from being professional and knowledgeable, she was very social and easy to talk to. She genuinely cared about our best interests and was willing to do anything to ensure we were pleased with the outcome of our sale. I highly recommend Madonna to help you buy or sell in OBX!

Madonna and Michael have represented us as a buyer in a couple of transactions in the outer banks. Madonna is a dream to work with. She is responsive, honest, and a very skilled negotiator. Michael works feverishly in the background to make sure everything goes smoothly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

I had been looking for a small OBX beach box for almost 6 months. I was referred to Madonna and so thankful for it! I trusted her market experience, advise and strategy. WIth the crazy market, I couldn't make the trip down ASAP so Madonna visited the property, gave me feedback and I bought it sight unseen. Best decision I ever made using Madonna and buying the property. She looked out for my interests and gave me honest advise. You'd be crazy NOT to use Madonna!

Madonna was so helpful throughout the entire process! She is very responsive and was able to answer every question that we had along the way. She knows the local area better than anyone I've ever met. I will definitely work with Madonna again in the future!

If only I could give Madonna 100 stars I would. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the are and the market and especially what too look for and look out for in your purchase. I have entered into many real estate transactions in my life in the DC area and I have NEVER had anyone work harder than Madonna. She is as genuine as you can get, a tough negotiator and won't be afraid to talk you out of a property if it is not a good option. And she's a lot of fun. Michael and Madonna are the best!
