I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Malea Speight. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Malea has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentor-ship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. I now consider Malea a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home or selling a home. Thanks again to Malea Speight for being such a pleasure to work with. Mrs. Malea Speight is truly a great realtor, and her knowledge of the local market and negotiating skills are impeccable. I started my first time home buying process going through multiple agents (due to different circumstances) before I worked with Malea. At this point I needed someone I could really depend on. I just have to say that working with Malea was a real pleasure, especially because she was so relatable and very easy to talk to from a personal standpoint. She kept me informed every step of the way from searching listings to making an offer. Malea was always available to take my calls and responded to e-mails in a timely matter. Any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction, and she went above and beyond without hesitation to travel to properties I had an interest in. I can’t thank her enough for the time and dedication you gave me during my first time home buying process.
