Marcie worked very effectively in selling the property with her diligence, knowledge with the local market and service providers. She is very responsive and precise in dealing the sale details, and minimizes the hassle of selling when I am living far from the house.

Marcie did a fantastic job in helping me sell my townhouse. My place was only on the market for a week, and immediately following the open house I had a great offer, which I accepted. This is all do to Marcie's knowledge of the area and how to market my place. She really makes it as easy as possible, she provided the photographer, a real estate lawyer, stagers, etc. She even met with the building inspector to have the deck I just had built inspected. I can't say enough about her professionalism and willingness to help!

Marcie is top notch. She is a true professional and helped us sell our home in 3 days! She did a full market analysis with us and helped us choose a listing price that encouraged the sale. She was with us every step of the way and was in contact frequently to give us updates either by phone, text, or e-mail. She was able to help us keep our emotions in check and guided us make business decisions that were right in the end. She clearly has a lot of expertise in the North Shore area and that includes the real estate market needs. We made clear what we wanted in the way of negotiations, and she got us what we needed to make the sale happen. As others have mentioned, she "gets the deal done".
