As first-time home buyers, my husband David and I truly could not have asked for a better agent than Margaret in terms of expertise, knowledge of the area, communication/responsiveness, and ability to work with sellers' agents on our behalf. Margaret encouraged us through months of looking at houses and helped us to learn about how the process works as we went. Margaret did an exceptional job with the sale of my home. She helped me understand the process and advised me on which things I should and should not do to prepare my home for sale. Her can-do, service-oriented approach was exactly what I needed. She located professionals to ready my home for sale. She helped me determine a price point that worked, and reviewed multiple offers with me, having done the due diligence with the lenders. All of that you could say about many realtors. What set Margaret apart was how much she invested herself into our project, the diligence she put into data collection, the enthusiasm she expressed about my home, and her personal touch. Her advice was spot-on. She was more than a realtor to me - she was a confidant and my partner, and she made our big project joyful and fun! I couldn't have done it without her, and I highly recommend her.

Margaret is very professional, effective, and goes the extra mile to deliver. We had a great experience with her. She was patient, attentive to our requests and very supportive. Words are not enough to express how grateful we are to Margaret for her professionalism and savvy real estate market insight. It is daunting and emotional to sell your home of 24 years filled with family memories. Her kindness, support and tireless dedication kept us sane and confident throughout the process. Her recommendation for pricing was well researched and the timing of our listing was spot on. She made time for every prospective buyer to return several times to view our home and was present at every showing. We listed on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday we had 8 strong offers.
