It's hard to summarize how helpful Margend was advising me on and managing a very complicated renovation, listing and closing process. I had to sell a condo owned by a sibling who passed away suddenly. Margend was by my side from literally the first day I showed up in Miami to evaluate the situation to determine what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale. Like many realtors I have dealt with over the years, Margend had ready recommendations for contractors, lawyers etc. Unlike many realtors, Margend took his role on providing these referrals seriously and more than once was willing to wade deeply into the details of the renovation and closing processes.
