We had a very good experience with Margo. Buying a new home in a new city can be difficult. Margo is knowledgeable about many of the different areas and could offer suggestions, and point out things, that only someone who has been here a long time would know. When it came time to be negotiate she was tough, firm, and communicated well. She definitely made the whole process go smoother and easier. We would definitely recommend her to our friends.

Margo and the Christophilis Team has helped us buy and sell two homes. What is great about working with Margo and her team is the dedication they have to help people achieve their goals. Most recently, we sold our home above asking almost immediately after listing. Margo and her team are so great. She will feel like your new best friend who is rooting for you. We had so much fun working with her. We thought we may be moving to another state, and she was helpful with referrals and advice. Turns out we couldn’t leave our home state of over 20 years. My wife and I are first time buyers and we’re nervous. Margo helped keep us calm and offered good advice. We made three offers and Margo got us a great deal. Having her get $10,000 of our closing costs really, really helped us. She had to be our realtor, friend and at times mom. We love her and can’t recommend her highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Margo is one of those people you want to keep in your network. She absolutely has your back as a future home owner and will guide you through every step that needs to be done to insure that you are making wise decisions throughout your hunt. She was able to fulfill everything on my wishlist for a home and so much more. She is very supportive both emotionally and financially and is able to communicate and explain all jargon of real estate that I was definitely unfamiliar with. She found a great inspector for us and was able to negotiate to fix everything that was wrong with the house before we purchased. Margo will be there for you every step of the way and beyond offering support and even after. Margo will be a person I keep in my life!

I can’t speak highly enough of Margo. Over the past 10 years she has helped my family sell three properties and purchase two. She is detail oriented, honest, goes above and beyond. During the purchase of my parents home this Fall she not only acted as an agent but a friend during a stressful situation. She worked every angle to make sure my parents were taken care of in their retirement. Her professionalism, knowledge and hard work ethics are exactly what makes her one of a kind.
