I wanted to write a review of Maria Pascaretti because in the entire process of selling our home; our dealings with Maria were consistently excellent! Maria's knowledge of the market and expertise were so helpful in the process. From the time we called Maria to schedule a meeting until the time we had an actual offer was about 36 hours, it was incredible and the offer was for more than what we thought we could get. Beyond exceeding our anticipated asking price we found Maria to be kind, responsive and knowledgeable throughout our process. Maria repeatedly reached out by text and phone just to check on us and reassure us and remind us that everything was going well. She is just a very professional person and compassionate person. My wife and I highly recommend Maria and will absolutely use Maria in the future.

Maria helped us sell our coop. The process of sell was quick and easy. We had an excepted offer in 3 days. Maria, with her network of connections, also helped us find a home. I say home because it is more then a house. It’s some where that my family can make many great memories. Thank you Maria!!!

Maria was beyond excellent throughout our buying process. She showed us several homes in the area we were looking for and always gave her honest opinion about the property. She was always on time, always responsive to phone calls, and always made sure to do whatever was necessary to make the process run smoothly. We had a hiccup in securing funding, yet Maria was able to keep all parties' minds at ease and push the contract to the table. Once everything was finalized, she went as far as to gift us a housewarming present to welcome us to our new home. I strongly recommend her services if you are searching for a home. Cannot stress how much she has helped us!!
