Sharon helped us buy our first home. Everyone says this is one of the most stressful times of life. Sharon made it pleasant and an absolute breeze. She answered our ENDLESS questions knowledgeably. Sharon made this whole process move smoothly and seamlessly. I couldn’t have done this whole process without her. She went above and beyond what I thought a realtor could do to make my house look amazing and ready to sell. And she helped me understand each phase of the process as this was the first time I sold a home. Would recommend her to anyone in the Cincinnati and Northern KY area if you want to sell or buy a house.

I was fortunate to stumble upon Sharon when inquiring about a house I saw for sale. It was already pending at the time of my inquiry, but Sharon set up a meeting, listened closely to what I needed in a new home, and communicated daily regarding listings that checked all of my boxes. Sharon was available at a moment's notice to arrange showings, demonstrated incredible perseverance to help me find my perfect place, and evolved with my house requirements as I continued refining my needs based on what we viewed. I also hired Sharon to sell my previous house. She created a detailed report on comps in the area and I was very pleased with the price she listed the house, her explanations for why the listing price was established, and also the services Comey provided to create photos and potential staging arrangements. She navigated fiercely, collaboratively, and with great finesse the entire negotiation process and communicated promptly any changes and updates between sellers and buyers. Sharon has incredible integrity and believes in her work. I believe that she takes great pride in helping people find their perfect home. I recommend Sharon to anyone and everyone and am grateful to have stumbled upon her to assist me with my process.

I have known Sharon for a long time. I decided that when it was time to purchase my own house, she would be my go-to. Not only was she very responsive to helping me find the right home for me, she was down to earth and very knowledgeable about the market. She was kind and considerate and truly centered around what was best for me and the needs of my family. I am so happy that she was on my side. She was there for me and in tune with what I was looking for. We made it happen and I could not be happier.
