Working with Mariama was the absolute BEST experience! She was recommended to me from my cousin who just couldnt stop raving about her and i am so glad i went with Mariama, she's the best. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, general areas i was interestedin look/ living in and always kept us updated on the progress, and fought hard to get us the best possible deal on our new home. Her friendly and approachable nature made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, my kids adored her and my family have already put her in their books to use for any future endeavors and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I am a repeat customer of Mariama’s, having worked with her to buy my very first home 6 years ago. This time around, the minute I decided that it was time to move now that I had expanded my family, I immediately contacted Mariama for advice and to get a feel for the market. I gave her a very specific wishlist for our ideal home, knowing that we most likely wouldn’t be able to tick all of the boxes. Lo and behold, somehow Mariama was able to work her magic, and was able to help us secure our absolute dream forever home in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in… off market! Some would call it luck, which I’m sure it is to a degree, but if Mariama was not our agent, it definitely would not have happened. Only she had the knowledge and connections to make our dream come true. I fully trust Mariama and know that she always has her clients’ best interest at heart. She gives honest advice at a time when it’s so easy for buyers to crumble under the pressure of finding a new home. It is a stressful time, but she will keep you grounded and remind you of what it is that you actually want. She will give you the dose of reality that you need to stay focused. I could not be more thankful for Mariama and all of the hard work she and her team put in to help make our dream come true. She is quite literally the best there is.

Mariama is a gem! I reached out to her based on an online recommendation when I was looking to buy my first place. From start to finish, Mariama was patient, calm, and offered a lot of helpful info and guidance. She gave me a home buying education in a very kind and patient way. During some sticky moments during my buying process, she made sure I understood the details of each of the issues, and also was a firm negotiator on my behalf! I felt in safe hands which is what I needed the most in this first time home buying journey. Her years of experience were invaluable. There was not a question I asked that she did not know how to answer (or help me find the answer). Highly recommend Mariama for anyone needing a pro in this area!

Mariama was a joy to work with when we were selling our condo. She gave us a lot of information on the area and how the current market was trending. She made suggestions on what we should look at updating in the condo to make it more market ready. She staged and had great pictures taken of the place. I loved it so much I almost wanted to move back in! :) She gave us great advice on what offers to write counteroffers to and how to write the counteroffers. We sold our property within the first two weeks of it being on the market. Really she gave us a lot of peace of mind and I can't imagine going through the process without her. If you are buying or selling, I can't recommend Mariama enough!

Mariama made the process so simple and effortless. I’m a first-time seller and she very thoroughly explained the several options we could choose in listing our house to sell. Mariama was able to find us a buyer before we advertised to multiple listing sites, negotiated the price we wanted, minimized the buyers contingencies to just the appraisal, which saved us a lot of time and closing cost! My wife and I are thoroughly happy in our experience with Mariama. We look forward to working with her again and recommending her services to others!
