I am not one to write long notes so I will just get right to it. After doing business with Marian and her team they met my expectation and would not want to look for anyone else should I need that service again. They kept me informed as to what and how sales were doing in the area and also throughout the final process. She did not encourage me to list my property until she felt comfortable that she would be able sell it. Finally this team is knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly.

Stuart and Marian are the Best Team to work with if you want to easily Buy or Sell a Home and quickly too. I listed my home on 1/12 and got an offer that same night we closed on 2/8 and everything went so very smoothly. I am Truly Blessed! Thank you Marian and Stuart!

My husband and I had been searching for a home to retire to. We had come across some realtors that we didn't feel had our best interest at heart or cared about what we were looking for or wanted. This wasn't the case with Marian Knowlton. From the first time we met she portrayed professionalism and a genuine concern for what WE were wanting. Marian worked hard and found the perfect home for us! She stayed on top of everything throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Buying a home can be starting and all the paper work can be very confusing, but she guided us through it and made it so easy. Marian worked like a liaison for us and all parties involved. Marian set a much higher asking price than I felt my house was worth. I was very pleased when we were able to get full asking price, after a short period of time. She answered all my questions and the selling process was simple and quick!
