Carmen came highly recommended as a hard-working Real Estate Agent and she didn’t disappoint. She answered all my questions, had the house on the market within a few hours of signing, open house within 24 hours and multiple offers within two days. She helped negotiate with the strong offers and we were in escrow within a week and got as well over what we were expecting and well over what we were asking.
