Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with! This was our first time buying a home and I must say she made the whole process very smooth. Marie represented us when we sold our St. Cloud home in 2024, and we were impressed with her as a seller’s agent. Some realtors are skilled at the business side of things, but lack integrity. Others have strong character, but don’t have the skills to move a sale forward in an effective manner. Marie is a rare combination of both—an insightful and educated realtor with a strong sense of integrity. That makes her trustworthy in terms of her honesty and ability to close a sale. Marie is quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and will do the legwork to get the information needed to move things forward. We felt she was interested in selling for us rather than using our listing as an opportunity to network her own business like so many other realtors. And she never once acted as if our more-meager listing was any less important than the more expensive sales she regularly closes.

Marie Collins, what can I say. She is the Best Real Estate Agent Ever. My experience in selling my home was confusing until Marie, then everything went smoothly only because of my Agent. She was a pleasure to work with. She always had a smile, she was always available for questions and of course very knowledgeable of the business.

My experience working with Marie was a great one as she represented us in buying a second home in the Orlando area. Marie is very knowledgeable, experienced and follows through on every item asked of her. You won’t be disappointed as her attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Marie as a realtor to anyone in the area looking to purchase or sell.

Marie was amazing! Any time we contacted her, she was there to answer. We were selling and buying so it got confusing sometimes keeping track of the paperwork for what house. We sent her a list of houses we wanted to look at over the next week or so but Marie it up for us to see 12 houses in one day! We have already recommended her to one of our friends who was thinking of moving from up north to Florida.
